Will my network card connect to a HotSpot?

HotSpots connect on wireless b mode (802.11b). If you have a 11Mb wireless card or above you can connect to the WiFi service.



Do I have set up wireless security to use a HotSpot?

You need to have all wireless security features disabled on your wireless network card.



I cannot connect to a HotSpot?

Check with the location running a HotSpot to make sure they are not experiencing any Technical problems.
If not please call our technical support team on 0870 242 3759.



What if I close the status page?

If you close the status page and cannot get back to it to log out, type: www.btopenzone.com into the address bar in your browser and you will automatically be redirected to your status page.



What happens if I do not use the connection?

If you are not using the connection for more than 10 minutes it will automatically disconnect you to prevent your usage from incrementing.
