Step 1:
Double click the My Computer icon on the desktop.
Note: If you don't see the my computer icon, left click on the start menu and choose my computer.
Step 2:
Double click on the Control Panel icon.
Step 3:
Double click on the Network Connections icon. (if your screen looks different, click on the switch to classic view option).
Step 4:
Click on Create new connection.
Step 5:
Click next.
Step 6:
Select Connect to the Internet. Click next.
Step 7:
Select Set up my connection manually. Click next.
Step 8:
Select Connect using a dial-up modem. Click next.
Step 9:
Type in a name for your new connection. Click next.
Step 10:
Type in the freedom2surf pay as you go phone number. 08456042079. Click next.
Step 11:
Type in your username. This will be the telephone number you are dialling from.
Type in your password. For pay as go the password is freedom. Click next.
Step 12:
Click the add shortcut to this connection to the desktop option. Click finish.
Step 13:
Click on dial to connect to freedom2surf pay as you go. Simply double click on the freedom2surf icon on your desktop the next time you want to connect. You will be charged at a local rate by your telephone provider each time you use the pay as you go service.
