Step 1:
Go to https://webmail.freedom2surf.net/websieve/websieve.pl and log in
with your email address and password.
Step 2:
Once you are logged in, click on the Add Rule option.
Step 3:
You set up a rule here which will filter emails based on words that you specify. You can filter on the
Subject, From and To fields of an email.
You then have a choice of what to do with the email. You can file it to another folder in your
mailbox, forward it to another email address, reject the email or discard it.
In the following example, a rule has been created to check the subject field of an incoming
email and then discard the email based on the contents of the subject field.

Once you have finished entering your filtering settings, click Save Rule.
Note: In the example above the email will only be blocked if the subject field contained
an exact match for what you have typed in. If you wanted to filter for individual words you need
to do the following:
Tick the Use regular expressions option.
Each word you would like to block must be entered in the subject box in this format: (word1|word2). See the
example below:

This rule would block any email that had either of those words contained in the subject field. Click on save rule once you are finished.
In
the example above, we have chosen to discard
emails that match our rule. Mails that are discarded are not recoverable, therefore you may like to forward blocked emails to a SPAM folder
instead
incase your rule blocks legitimate email. You can do this by choosing the file into option (then choose the folder you want the mail to go
to)
instead.
