RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is an XML-based format for distributing and aggregating Web content (such as news headlines).
Using the feeds
The most popular ways of reading and subscribing to RSS feeds are through your web browser and through separate applications.
1) Through your web browser
Modern browsers such as Mozilla Firefox 2 and Microsoft IE 7
contain built is RSS readers that present the feed in a readable
format for you.
If you are not using one of these browsers and cannot or do not wish to upgrade then we suggest either using the Sage plug in for Firefox or one of the applications discussed below.

2) Through an application
There are many newsreader applications the you can download to view and subscribe to RSS feeds. Two third party applications are listed below.
- Nick Bradbury's FeedDemon (Windows)
- Ranchero Software's NetNewsWire (Mac)
After installing, copy and paste one of the URLs listed above into the appropriate section of your chosen application.
