All you need is a BT phoneline! Just complete our quick online signup form, and we'll instruct BT to route all your calls through our low-cost service. After approximately 10 working days from your order, your phone service will automatically be switched and you'll start saving money.

So what's the catch?

No catch! A freedom2talk line is no different from a BT line. Your phone operates in exactly the same way, nothing needs to be installed at your home and you are free to make any calls that you want to make. BT will still operate the line, but we carry the calls for you so you can make your saving. The only difference you might notice is that your phone bill starts to look much easier on the wallet! In the unlikely event that you wish to override the service and use BT, you can do so at any time.

What It Costs

freedom2talk500 is completely FREE (with any qualifying f2s Broadband account) - there is no monthly subscription charge. If you think you're likely to use more than 500 minutes of calls, freedom2talk3000 is only£4.99!

Service Details

• You can call geographic-based local and national rate numbers (those beginning with 01 or 02) for up to two hours without incurring any call charges, provided you don't exceed your monthly free entitlement of 500 free minutes per month (freedom2talk500) or 3000 minutes per month (freedom2talk3000). Charges will be made for all other types of calls, including:
  • Non-geographic numbers (0870, 0845 etc, excluding 0800)
  • Mobile phones
  • International numbers

• BT will still operate and charge rental for your line
• You can override the service at any time using a prefix code
• Acceptable Use Policy applies (500 minutes per month with freedom2talk500 or 3000 minutes per month with freedom2talk3000)
• There is a minimum one month contract
• freedom2talk must use the same telephone line that your f2s Broadband account is installed on.
